M D Mujammil, a 5-year-old boy from Biswanath, Assam, India, required treatment for a congenital heart condition and underwent ASD (Atrial Septal Defect) Closure.

In 2022, Mujammil received specialised cardiac treatment at AIMS, Cochin. ASD closure is performed to repair an abnormal opening between the upper chambers of the heart, helping improve blood circulation and reduce unnecessary strain on the heart.
